Obtaining Quarterly Corporations Data
The Division of Corporations makes available quarterly copies of its databases. These databases are available for the major filing types processed by the Division and are available on Compact Disc.
If you would like to obtain any of the following database cds, send a written request to the Division of Corporations with a brief description of the data you wish to obtain to the following address:

The following is a list of the information available from the Division of Corporations:
- Corporate database (in ASCII format) on Compact Disc - A complete listing of all corporations on file (active and inactive).
- Fictitious name database (in ASCII format) on Compact Disc - A list of all active Fictitious name filings.
- Non-Profit Corporations (in ASCII format) on Compact Disc - A list of all active non-profit corporations on file.
- Trademarks on Compact Disc - A list of trademark filings.
